​The Uhuru Academy has helped innovate, revolutionize, and re-introduce Afrikan-Centered Education to the masses of Black people over the past 13 years on several levels! K-12 education, adult education, teacher training, education technology, youth advocacy, community partnerships, family counseling, organization building, community organizing, hip-hop activism, Afrikan spirituality, and more! The past 13 years have been fascinating; we've learned so much about our people here and abroad. We've done it without attacking, putting down, or condescending others.
